So your saying you have to combat thorn with thorn? Okay well I will accept your thought on it. But you can do other things, try to pull your thorn opponent into a small space and shotgun them. Or try red death. Or snipe them! I know people cry that the long range of Thorn isn't as good as a scout just don't take too many hits. Point is don't get discouraged because your faceing a thorn and think you need a thorn to just compete. You can definitely try any gun.

What players like you and this u tuber fail to realize is that you are part of the problem. Players do not use Thorn because it's op, they use it because they think it is. They think it is because of this ridiculous weapon propaganda being spread around all over the place. Secondly, there is variety in the Crucible, while I would agree AR'S are scarce, I still get killed by them, but there's shotguns, fusions, other hand cannons, like Red hand, Her Mercy, Loner Rebel, etc, etc, etc As far as a vip club of weapons well...It makes sense considering they are top tier exotics, does it not? If you have a top tier exotic with complimentary stats befitting your playstyle, why in the world would you use anything else, even if it can compete? Get it? Buffing ar's will not stop players from using Thorn, it just won't. Thirdly, saying something takes skill to use is not bs. The No land Beyond analogy was beyond absurd. Weapons have skill gaps just like players do. Of course it requires more skill to use No and Beyond effectively then it does Thorn. You aren't saying anything there. It's deceptive hyperbole designed to make Thorn and it's users cheesy scrubs that do not need to learn how to chain precision head shots with a hand cannon. It's ridiculous. You guys have to stop, just stop, if you leave it alone and learn how to counter, how to adjust tactics, how to properly use the tools available, it won't matter what they use.
