Treasure key
so after the destiny hot fix I still find it hard to get a treasure key be it killing the pack of wolves or submitting the "wanted" bounties
destiny promised that you get a guaranteed treasure key with the first "wanted" bounty you submit but they didn't specify if this is per character or per account
because I dnt think this is fair that one person is lucky and has over 20 treasure keys and the others are just grinding for one to get to open the chest in POE
I know this is RNG but still, prison of elders resets every week which means that there should be a guaranteed key drop per character per weekly reset
I have work to do and the few hours I get at night I dnt want to be wasting them grinding for a treasure key
cause these "wanted" bounties take forever to complete
So my question to bungie is, is the guaranteed key drop per account or per character?
and is there any safe way of getting at least one key per character with every weekly reset?

one per account. however, I do suggest you level up the queen's wrath per character cause Petra does reward packages herself with each rank up AND random ones too. prior to HoW I had about 14 keys. up until today I had 1 left (sidebar: I've gotten a couple of keys post launch) -- on my 3rd character I reached rank 3 QW and the package gave me a key, followed by another package that contained another. my only concern was having enough keys for when I acquired my elder ciphers, because I've obtained what I wanted from the chests already.
