Etheric Light & PoE Key issues
Hey there, I'm new to the forums but I've been playing destiny since it came out off and on. I purchased both of the DLC's but I've been having issues with the drop rates for the prison of elders keys and etheric light. I've played through numerous times through all of the bounties and whatnot, and I still have yet to recieve a key for the large chest, etheric light (when I'm supposed to get it), and also raids on the hardest difficulty have never given me anything other than a rare item or two, nothing really above that (maybe a single legendary item, no exotics or anything). I'm having a hard time leveling up my charachters since these drops aren't occuring, and someone I met online said to post a complaint here, but I'm not exactly sure if this is the right place. How can I get my drops/pick-up issues fixed? (my post office is completely empty, and most of my bank is free/available, so I know it's not either of those causing the issue)

Completing the level 34 or 35 PoE challenges grant an etheric Light upon completion once per well, per character. Etheric Light can also drop from the Nightfall but it is just one possible drop so I wouldn't count on it. You can get Etheric Light as a reward from the Trials of Osiris reward packages. You can also buy an Etheric from Lord Saladin after hitting Rank 3 and then again at Rank 5 with the Iron Banner. As far as raid drops are concerned, completing an encounter in a raid has a chance of dropping a raid specific weapon or armor piece based on the encounter completed. In the Vault of Glass you also get ascendant materials. In Crota's End you get radiant materials. You need to be fairly diligent and play the raids frequently to get the weapons or armor you are looking for. Since the loot is on a weekly reset, you can only complete the raids once each week to try to gain loot.
