One bumps Legendary Gear; the other bumps Exotic. Exotics, by their nature, should be more difficult to come across, yet we have Xur not only selling Exotic weapons for mere pennies (13/23 Strange Coins), but Exotic shards for even less. Strange Coins = Rare Item 1 Weekly Heroic = 9 Strange Coins 7 Strange Coins = 1 Exotic Shard Yet, Etheric Light is either RNG based, or requires actual work to obtain (Trials, PoE lvl 34 & 35). It is a Legendary Item that is more difficult to acquire than exotic gear. Can someone explain to me why a legendary item is tougher to come by than exotic material/gear? [b]EDIT:[/b] I see there is confusion regarding my post...shocker... Basically, my point (if you all read the details) was that the EXOTIC material should not be so easy to obtain, but actually HARDER TO OBTAIN than the already difficult Etheric Light. In terms of a scaled system, one would think these UNIQUE WEAPONS would be more difficult to come by, yet many of us have had all the exotics for some time.
