Matador 64 is better than felwinters (sadly)
A matador 64 with shot package and final round beats a felwinters with the same perks
Matador has better fire rate
They have the same impact and range
Felwinters has better stability
Matador has better reload

I think it comes down to player technique or preference. I have multiple felwinter's with all the desirable rolls and have been playing with a matador 64. I haven't had the 64 long, so I don't really have an opinion yet. For the lies, it was an arc aggressive ballistics, full auto, hammer forged, grenadier that stacked up the kills more than any other for me. I found that when I use a shotgun, I am either being charged extreme cqc and that shot package actually missed more blinkers than the shotgun with wider blast radius with fast follow-up, or am chasing down a runner either flank or from behind in close quarters. Stat wise, the matador 64 looks to have the potential to be better, but a shotgun is a shotgun and the individual player has to find which one works best with their play style. Blah, holy crap, I just wrote a novel.

I got a felwinters from a drop that has full auto, luck in the chamber, rifled barrel, and field choke. Has all the range I need plus the full auto? Shit dude I'll take it

Party Crashes +1, Matador 64, Judgment VI, Hard Luck Charm, Her Courtesy, Felwinter's Lie and Dry Rot 32 I roll all my shotguns to have Full Auto other perks vary. I have to say for PVP I run with Invective(hell yeah) and the Dry Rot 32 (ROF 35!) For PVE I use Her Courtesy and the Matador 64, the rate of fire a little slow for me to use these in PVP. Overall favorite to date Dry Rot 32 (Full Auto+Fitted Stock+Rodeo) Hole puncher indeed!

If you roll final round/luck in the chamber for a shotgun that's a 1 hit kill in PvP then you're doing it wrong.... That's like trying to roll final round on a rocket.
