Genuine booters/cheaters in ToO using multiple PSN accounts. Urgent help!

Dear Bungie, I'm sure you must get many emotionally charged pleas for help regarding 'lag switchers' from disheartened Destiny players, but I've experienced something quite different which I believe to be genuine booters in Trials of Osiris. This is unfamiliar territory for me, but I felt it was important to reach out; please take this seriously. My friends and I came across a fireteam in Trials the other day, and upon starting the game we noticed that one of the members wasn't actually in the game/fireteam, although somehow still present at the same time (His emblem blanked, level 0 and character not on screen.) We assumed it was lag, started the game and were immediately booted, causing a loss on our team and a win on theirs. We also noticed that this fireteam member appears to have multiple PSN accounts to avoid bans or suspensions, which is information I have but won't post here incase it would be considered personal information. (I have no idea where else to contact Bungie for help.) The account he used for our particular boot has only one bronze trophy, and this same individual repeatedly plays with exactly the same fireteam members under different (yet similar) PSN usernames to help them achieve wins by means of booting. After checking the game history of all the players to make sure it wasn't just some kind of freaky lag, sure enough, each one of their games ended in around a minute and a half with no kills on their part, despite the other teams having kills themselves, and also have the 'Annihilation' medals, etc. Below are links to their cheated gameplay history with names removed, but I've kept the original uncensored screenshots if required: http://i.imgur.com/o7cg9Mq.jpg http://i.imgur.com/4DbhWtb.jpg http://i.imgur.com/OTZeFgc.jpg http://i.imgur.com/GaUA4QX.jpg http://i.imgur.com/VFyij71.jpg http://i.imgur.com/d2BZVDN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/WU2Nw2a.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Gu0iL92.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ydduZej.jpg I can't imagine how shocked all of the other genuine players must have felt bumping into these guys, and I'm certain that the same thing will continue happening if action isn't taken, as this individual now has even newer PSN accounts which we discovered yesterday. (This also means other players don't even have the option of blocking the account to ensure they don't come into contact with them, because another new one will be made a few days later.) Please help me understand the correct way of going about reporting these individuals (particularly the booter with multiple accounts) and making sure they aren't allowed to continue. Thank you for your time.

  • I've experienced a similar situation myself. I reported the fireteams to Bungie, but I'm suspicious as to whether or not that will do any good. If that kind of activity is permitted to continue, in the absence of a harsh crackdown by Bungie, I'll no longer play the game. Elder scrolls online for PS4 is right around the corner; if I must, I'll invest all my time and money into that gamem

      • I stopped playing the trials and crucible as ive noticed this many times but just thought i was being stupid, but now other people have noticed this i know for sure i was right. There is definitely a way to play against a team with extra players not on the roster.

        • This is called "error code olive" they give you a fake error code, giving them a win, and you a loss. It's absolutely not okay. It's annoying. I went 9-1 because the last game my team had this happen.

          • You can utilize the in game report features, on the player menu. Just click on a player's name in the Roster screen to bring up this menu. That is the best way to notify Bungie if you believe a player is cheating in game.
