The exotic handcannons and really any handcannons need to be addressed. It's not their power that needs dialed back it is their range. Handcannons are supposed to be high powered close to mid range weapons but do insane amounts of damage at all ranges. The weapon last weapon fix really didn't do anything to help. The damage need to do some serious drop off at longer ranges. Just the other day I was out shot by someone who was using the Hawkmoon at a very long range and I was using a scout rifle in its supposed "ideal range" which is medium to long range. (if you don't believe me I saved the clip and will happily show it to you) Handcannons yes should be powerful but its their range that makes them overpowered and as a result way overused.
