Black hammering Skolas works for people who don't have Gjallarhorn.
If you do not have Gjallarhorn but have Black Hammer you can keep staggering Skolas but it requires two people shooting him with Back hammer over and over at the same time. It works. Tritan HD two manned Skolas using this technique it's effective.
