I don't own any DLCs yet I have to own them to do weekly heroic strikes. I want my 9 strange coins but I can't because I don't have £20 for each DLC stop it it is unfair to every player who doesn't have the DLC and want to get enough coins for xur. I have 12 not nearly enough to get the exotic weapon of the week like I said it is unfair
