Cannot use my limited Edition and Preorder Items on PS4

Hello, i have a problem with my Destiny Account since 2 1/2 months. I've bought the Destiny PS3 limited edition last year, and a digital standard version for PS4 this year (february / march). I can see my items in the inventory, but i cannot use them (buy is needed). I'm in contact with the Activision support, the Amazon support and the Bungie support, and no one will help. At the uprade page: http://www.destinythegame.com/de/digital-upgrade is a fact in the FAQ which means: MY GUARDIANS, STATS AND GEAR Q. Will my Guardians, progress, stats, and gear carry over when I download and play the next-gen version? Yes. Whether you participate in this program or not, your Guardians, progress, stats, and gear are shared within a console family (PlayStation®3<->PlayStation®4 or Xbox 360<->Xbox One) and will be waiting for you when you transition to next-gen. So... i'm within the console family..i've bought the limited edition. And i do not know why i should buy this version again. In your FAQ it is promised that i can get and use all my items (incl. preorder Sparrow) because it is the same console family. There are no exceptions inside this upgrade site. So...Amazon told me that i have to contact Activision. Activision told me that i have to contact Bungie. So Bungie, please unlock my items so that i can use the whole limited edition-, vanguard- and pre-order items. It all happened so long ago and i'm very irritated of this whole case. Many thanks.

  • Hi Arkatrex, Unfortunately, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233]as stated in our help documentation[/url], licenses for code-redeemed content, including Limited Edition gear, will not transfer to a new console. The items will remain in your inventory but you will not be able to equip them. If you need to have your Collectors Edition code replaced, you may submit a request through the [url=https://support.activision.com/destinycodesupport]Destiny Code Support Form[/url]
