Yes he should sell it I have seen three of them go out this week on the level 28 prison of elders Run and that is very easy. by the way I do have one I want my fire teams to be as strong as possible . and at this point I am sure a larger portion of the community has it then the ones that don't and what the boss is being so much to offer I don't see a nerf
