Internet shuts down everytime I get on
I can play any other game on my Xbox One but once I get on Destiny I get the message "Contacting destiny servers" then get booted out with an error. Then about a minute or two later my entire internet goes down and I end up having to restart my modem. Its extremely annoying. This was happening before the dlc dropped but I fixed it and now its happening again and I don't understand why.

It sounds like Destiny is pushing your internet service beyond its limits and causing your modem's connection to fail. This usually indicates a problem with the modem's configuration. I would strongly recommend that you contact your ISP and mention that your modem is occasionally resetting itself when under heavy load.
