Sniper Rifles can no longer roll with Double Down, Field Scout, Perfect Balance, etc. While Shotguns can still roll with Shot Package, Rangefinder, Kneepads, Full Auto, Luck in the Chamber, etc. Anyone disappointed by this besides me? I'll stick to the older Sniper Rifles for PvP because these new ones are, quite frankly, garbage. Bungie could have been creative and given Sniper Rifles something like a Hip Fire perk or "bonus accuracy in mid air". Instead, Field Scout, the king of Sniper perks is gone, while Shotguns retain their god-tier Shot Package perk. Interesting to see which Special Weapon class they prefer.
