Jolder´s Hammer

I got a Jolder´s Hammer from the last Iron Banner game last day but I went to sleep so I didn´t get to reforge it. Right now it has Rangefinder, Field Scout and Who´s next...not the best roll. Should I keep it in my Vault without levelling up and wait to reforge it when next IB comes?

Whose next is the worst possible perk on that gun. Reroll it, look for perfect balance, field scout, and some other mid level perk.
