I still don't understand people, why do you care about your k/d so much, it's just a number and doesn't help you in anyway so why argue with people about it???

Edited by Pale Horse Ridr: 5/5/2015 6:37:10 PMIt's simple, it's liability. Yes there are a lot of people that are try hards and think that this is the end all but it comes down to are you a liability. In TDM if you die more than you kill then you're a liability. People want to win and not have someone that will cause them to lose and this does reflect on your k/d. Now there are a lot of people that only care about there k/d and not winning; these people are truly infuriating as they aren't helping the team win (in control, domination, whatever you wanna call it). In battlefield the game is littered with this kinda crap. You'll have players sit back in the safe zone for the whole game and just snipe, doesn't matter the other team is winning they'll just sit there.

I always preferred to compete for high accuracy over K/D. Back when I was playing a lot of CoD it always amazed people I would be in the 20-30% range using heavy machine guns and the ak.

It's all down to overinflated egos, elitism and crass stupidity. It's the same with the idiots over in Destiny. I had one Desticle quote my Destiny stats at me as proof positive that I was unfit to criticise the Dark Souls elitists. I was a Christmas noob and a scrub apparently. When I informed him that Destiny stats didn't mean a thing he started foaming at the mouth and completely lost it. These guys are complete twats; ignore them :-)

Love cod k/d because that's all you have to worry about! And Halo and Destiny you have 50.0 k/d from one mission!
