As we all know RNJesus hasn't "blessed" us with the gjallarhorn, icebreaker, thorn, etc. I've come up with a greater idea for Exotics. MAKE THEM ALL BOUNTIES! Exotics having to be just bounties would prevent(which most of us have experienced) people from joining games at the last second getting Exotics or Legendaries WE deserved. Makes more work to get something considered "Holy".[spoiler]Make the bounties as an extra. This doesn't replace getting them from raids. Thus making it an easier chance of getting some.[/spoiler]
