If you have a Comcast Technicolor modem/router that's the issue. It hasn't been compatible since a software update some months back. Only real option is to switch to a new router as Bungie/Comcast haven't noticed or don't care.

I get them non-stop and its freaking intolerable. Roommate handles the cable bill and doesn't have any issues playing destiny on PS4 so I'm stuck.
