I upgraded both a weapon & armor. As far as I can tell nothing happened. Well, I lost 4 exotic shards in the process as well as time, money, brain cells & my cookies. Any whats this about reroll? I tried rolling & rerolling on the floor but thats how I lost my cookies. Whats the purpose of upgrading?
