With the update coming out soon this month bungie says the connection will favor on the person with the better connection. I don't think this is the right fix, this game needs dedicated servers that way if someone with bad connection is in the room, it wont make the rest lag. Even if it favors the person with better connection it's still a risk if something goes wrong then it lags. And. What if he/she has a good connection but they are cheating and using a switch? With dedicated servers you can see who's lagging without them ruining the whole game completely. Titanfall PVP was a great example on X1 Bungie should reach out to Sony and Microsoft about using their server service, it's way better than what we have now (peer to peer)
