How frustrating has this ib been?
I'm finding this to be the worst one yet. The lag is so real. Every scrub is running Thorn/felwinter. The lag switchers have it down to a science, now. I left, wanting to punch someone in the face. But, I'm done. Rank 4 on the hunter is all I need.
Please comment if you found it fairly easy.
Edit. It wasn't all bad. I got my first 5.0 kd match, first reign of terror, upped my best streak to 16, best kills to 32 and best score to 6030. Not bad for a old guy like me..

Have yet to get the iron banner ship and its really annoying. This isn't my first iron banner either. 3 characters every time and still not a single one. Got enough of the other ships though.

I have really enjoyed IB, Got Hunter to level, bought two snipers, and rerolled them, a Hammer and exotic dropped and I rerolled my Lie and Lash

I don't know why, but for this iron banner, my ping has been out of the roof. I have always had a good connection, but now anything crucible related is making me lag like crazy. And I am hard wired to my router, so idk what's wrong

The first day there were quite a few laggers, only seen 2 teams with bad lag the last 2 days. Over all, been pretty good games. (on 360)

The lag / lag switchers are out now not so much during the day but at night it's almost unplayable

I hit the level 4 i needed & now im glad i dont have to play it anymore.

1 ReplyFinally got my second guardian to lvl 4 today. Yesterday was pretty horrible, the lag, and my xb1 is hard wired 120 down 10 up. Oh and the teams yesterday, awful guess people thought they were playing pve.

I got pretty lucky on the iron wrath bounty. four days in a row it was the first bounty I managed to complete. well I got rank 4 on my titan so I'm done with that mess

It hasn't been that bad actually, wish I could play a lot more then I have. I have 7 month who is teething

I've searched like 75% solo and have been getting murdered most of the time.

Normally I have very few connection problems in destiny but this iron banner...dear lord...the connection problems are something else this time around...

3 RepliesIt's been great because I've been out playing the shotgun users from close range: without using a shotgun or the last word. I was on a roll both days I played. Even bought efrideet's spear and got the re roll with final round, rodeo, perfect balance/field scout. Even got a jolder's hammer from one of the first games I played after reaching rank 3

I had a bad day yesterday when I needed one more HMG headshot. It took me three hours to get that one headshot. THREE HOURS!! I was so pissed by the end of those three hours that I was on the verge of punching a hole in the wall. I sounded like a wounded walrus most of the time. It was a horrible day. Thankfully I got to rank 4 yesterday and I'm done with Iron Banner... Until next time. 😕

2 RepliesOut of the question... Besides all the lag and weaseling us outta wins. Its just so damn boring, no incentives to actually try. Ill prolly bite the bullet and gain rank to buy the spear but tht will take me less then an hour on Monday to do so. Iron banner needs an overhaul to the rewards, maybe similar to how the trials will work... Idk but its really gone stale for myself.

1 ReplyI put fairly easy but not meaning I'm any good or anything. I must have been lucky as I seem to have got on decent teams this time that know how to win. The lag has been shocking this time though I agree with that.

Too much thorn but it's not too bad. They think poison means they don't have to aim so it's easy pickings with the Mida.
