Still not getting.
I still only get rare or lower rocket launcher drops and have over 800 hrs of play time in 3 characters at lvl32. would love to get 1 legendary that tracks or exotic like everyone else has.plus pvp is broke guys ghosting every where. Can you make it where we can host our ow servers for pvp?

1 ReplyYou can get a legendary rocket from vanguard or crucible handler, guaranteed, for 150(?) marks. They won't have tracking, but come the update in May you could re-roll them at the gunsmith and try to get tracking. Should be easier than hoping for a Hunger or and exotic launcher.
