Just thought of this on another feed. Each respectable faction should have a way of getting max level armor. My idea is: Each Faction has 4 bounties, you have to be level 5 or 10 with the faction to access the bounties, they cost 100 crucible marks each, and they are three part( like exotic bounties). Each Faction has unique max level armors.
