First World Glimmer Problems

Bungie, I just logged onto Destiny and discovered that I have run out of glimmer. I believe I spent the last of it maxing out my third Fatebringer, one for each of my 32s. Bracing myself for the drudgery of glimmer farming, I launched the Exclusion Zone mission - only to discover, to my dismay, that the part with all of the easy Cabal majors has been removed. How am I to get my glimmer now? Don't get me wrong, I think glimmer farming through missions like Exclusion Zone is a dumb mechanic, and should be removed. However, the more serious a player you are, the more problematic glimmer becomes. Think about it. The higher level your gear is, the more glimmer it costs to upgrade. Glimmer is capped at 25,000, yet with 3 characters you may have 3 times the glimmer needs, and the cap does not increase for each character. Finally, and perhaps most significantly, as a high level player many of us spend most of our time doing what? RAIDS, which give NO glimmer. My suggestions are as follows: The first character that a player creates is capped at 25,000 glimmer. Every character after adds 7,500 each - making it a cap of 40,000 at 3 characters. Also, adjust the raids to reward a certain amount of glimmer (and perhaps experience as well) at each stage that you complete, once per character week. Please and thanks.
