Please respond yes or no and explain why.
Thanks for all the replies!!
So far it seems like more people are happy that there is no raid.

I'm fine with not having a raid because I wouldn't want them to rush the raid and have it be crap like Crotas end. I enjoy CE but it was too short thats people can solo it. I like that they're thinking of easier ways to upgrade older weapons and having a different outlook on what they messed up on.
-
I'm not mad but if the raid that comes out in the comet DLC is shit like the last raids I'll be pissed off.

Doesn't bother me to much.. They are just trying something new! But as long as there is a raid later (and its a good one) the yeah, I don't care to much

I would have liked to see a raid but I'm also glad that they're putting some new experiences into the game. As long as the Prison Of Elders arena activity really does focus on replay ability and skill like they said it will I'll be fine with there not being a raid. I just wish they had made the Prison of Elders a 4 person activity so it would still be different than the rest of the game. Overall I'm really excited for House of Wolves!

Yes Raids aren't the greatest things ever
-
Yes, I like hearing all the whiny, entitled, cry babies.
-
Yes because I say so
-
I'm not necessarily happy, but I'm not one of the ungrateful people whining like they're two. I'm ready for something new.

As long as there is some sort of unique prison of elders gear akin to that of raid gear, then yes, I am ok with it.
-
Yes. Crota's End was pretty awful in terms of "boss fights" and mechanics. Vault of Glass was amazing before the third week. Then it lost it's mystery and wondrous feel. Bring on the new content.
-
No. You thought raid servers were bad....?
-
Honestly it gives me some time to actually dig into the PvP. I'm really excited to actually spend enough time to build some skill in it and get some of that awesome armor.
-
Alittle disappointed but not a big deal! HOW will have something new, so I am excited about it!
-
Doesn't bother me anyway. Anxious to see the "horde" mode. Enjoyed it in halo
-
Yes. Its nice that Bungie is changing it up a bit.
-
Differentiation is nice
-
Will only be happy if these new game modes are worth our time. If not. Sorry but bye bye destiny. Love the game but it is becoming a real grind fest. For what feels like nada. Please HOW don't be shit.
-
I couldn't participate in the Raids in the first place since there was no match making in place for them so the news that HOW doesn't have a Raid is no big loss for me. I'm not happy that HOW doesn't have a Raid but I'm not unhappy about it either. Until I learn more about HOW and it's content I'll keep an open mind.

Edited by Batz: 4/16/2015 10:56:40 PMWorst PvP in a modern (intended) AAA title - Check The most, in every aspect, shallow game of the century, especially for what it tried to sell itself as - Check Repetitive - Check So yeah, the raids were the only somewhat interesting aspect of the game and without a new one there's nothing to see here. A lot of people had already cut back on their game time and was just waiting for the next raid so "later this year" doesnt cut it. And for all I know Arena could be a blast but it's like telling a tennis player to go play football instead. Both sports may be fun but they're not the same thing when you want to play tennis.

It doesn't bother me. Obviously I would like a new raid, but I also like that there's a different play tactic coming to the game too, which gives it more variety in PvE. You have strikes, raids, nightfalls, weeklies, and now what ever this new format will be.
