All this weapon needs is a larger magazine, an increase to it's base stability, and maybe a larger reserve ammo. To proc the exotic perk it's based around, you need to reliably be able to get headshots, but when you're constantly reloading between kills, if not during kills, and that final bullet often lands center mass as the recoil just kicks the gun around. Something like a base of 60% stablity (from 37) and 72 magazine (from 42) would put this weapon into a decent tier, making it very fun to use.
