When I first bought the game the Queen's emissary was in the special events section of the tower and had I known IT WOULD NEVER SHOW UP AGAIN I would have played it more! Seriously! BRING BACK THE QUEEN MISSIONS! I have a feeling that she'll be a part of the new DLC like Eris is for Crota missions. Maybe she'll be going after the Vex or the Cabal. I don't know. All I DO know is that Bungie needs to bring her back! Love ya Bungie!
