Just want a straight answer FROM Bungie

Many of us have been having connectivity issues over the past week. We have been getting error codes from Caterpillar to Baboon and everything else under the sun. I have tried all the networking trouble shoots that have been recommended via Bungie and still have had the same problems. With the amount of complaints, all I want to know from the company itself is that there is a problem, they are addressing it, and they will have it fixed by "X" date. Instead we have gotten moderator responses that say to check our own connection...My connection is more than fine. This is a BIG game with a lot of players, but if no one can play we will lose interest. Bungie needs to learn some PR basics. This is many of our favorite game right now...when will this be taken care of? Thanks
