I placed a found verdict and fang of ir yut into the vault after completing a nightfall with my warlock class. Both weapons are now gone and I appear to have a duplicate vision of confluence that I did not have before. I've lost 2 of my best arc weapons because of your dumb inventory system that does not let me access everything at once from wherever my character is.
