Glass Half Full, or all the way Empty?
I was really excited to pick up Hardlight this week from Xur and have really enjoyed it in the Crucible lately. I finally level it up enough to get the Glass Half Full perk and to my surprise, I do no extra damage! I dunno if its a bug in the coding or something of that sorts. but i'd really like the bottom of my mag's extra damage. It's kinda a must on the weapon to make it worth using over my Up For Anything!

1 Replyit's a very subtle increase in damage after the 20th round is fired. so say you have been doing 82 damage the first 20 rounds, but on the 19th round it will jump to 84 for a few rounds and gradually work its way up. But they have to be consecutive. Your damage will restart to 82 if you aren't quick, or if you're missing a lot after the first 20.
