After this week, where I spent all of my hard earned strange coins to buy Hard Light, thinking I would like it, and then disliking it after I purchased it, I came up with a crazy idea that I hope Bungie reads and takes into consideration, so here is my idea, Xur's Rent-A-Weapon! My idea is that every week when Xur comes, you can either buy the weapon, or rent it for either a strange coin (If you use one, the price will go down by one coin), a mote of light, some amount of glimmer, or heck, even free! When you rent the weapon, it would go into your inventory just like any other exotic, except it says, "Rental Version" next to the name, and here is the difference: You can only use the weapon for a set amount of time, I suggest 15 minutes. You cannot take it into a raid, as people will use it as rental and try to complete it with the weapon. Once your time is up, the weapon will disappear from your inventory, and if it disappears and you don't have a weapon to replace it, you still hold the weapon, but it now says "expired" and the weapon is no longer allowed to pick up ammo, use synthesis, etc. Obviously, it cannot be dismantled. The weapon is fully upgraded so you can witness all it's perks, and you can change them to your liking as well. So that is my idea!
