Crota Kill Hard Mode Guide

After the frustration I had the past two weeks and after spending almost 20 hours trying to kill Crota on hard (and trust me as level 31 it's not easy to get people to help you or like you to join them). I started analyzing what we were doing wrong and I couldn’t find any! As everyone know his part and all are experienced and skilled players, but I found “in my humble opinion” the strategies we were using depends heavily on luck more than skills for example, a boomer gets you when you jump out the bubble or Crota stands faster than he should or he just sprint into the room after the sword, I’m sure everyone will have their own stories of that sort. Anyhow so I went searching for guides and wanted to see what other people do. I found this guide which I like to call, the "safe way" more that the official way of killing Crota. Its made be they people who competes on the first in the world of defeating Destiny events like Crota hard mode. Hope you enjoy the guides! The beauty is that we don’t have to follow exactly, but with our experience, we can mix and match and come up with what works best for our play style. • I'd be ok trying these strategies. I honestly believe that any strategy that minimizes the opportunity for death is the best one. I was talking with Loka and Wolfwood about this the other night and I wonder if away to improve our horseshoe strategy (which I agree is much easier for the swordbearer) would be: 1. Send 3 players down under the boomer tower to take out the swordbearer. 2. Leave 2 or 3 in the right top room to take out the boomers and wizard (leave your titan here so he has least distance to travel to put up his bubble). 3. Wait till Crota rotates right (drop wizard, drop swordbearer), then meet at the top of the stairs to take down Crota. Now, the only thing shooting at the DPS team is Crota, and he's pretty easy to handle from that perspective. 4. Rotate to left, 3-4 go down to deal with Ogres, 2-3 stay up to deal with Boomers/Wizard/swordbearer, rinse repeat. I don't know if it'll work or not but I see these advantages. 1. less thing shooting at you. 2. less gaurdians being put in harms way to die or get in the way of another guardian shooting rockets. (the players staying in the top rooms should pretty much always be safe). 3. the timing of the titan being first up the stairs is gone and the team is never exposed to crota without bubble. Also, if this works and we adopt it as a clan, I want the strategy to be called "Horseshoe Magic!!" :)
