Is Secret Round Good?
I got a Coiled Hiss 1919 with secret round, counterbalance, field scout, and truesight IS (highest auto aim sights). I have no experience with the secret round perk, but everything else looks good. Seems like secret round would only be good if you miss the first shot in a burst.
I have heard good things about this gun since the pulse rifle buff. I've been using Bad Juju and loving it, and this gun has very similar stats. Do you think this roll is worth leveling up for crucible?

Secret round it helpful, no doubt. The only problem is you have no way of predicting which shot will do the bonus damage, so you can't really plan out which enemies need the higher damage on them. Final round is superior For that reason. But as long as you don't miss a shot, it's very helpful.
