I started new character about a week ago, mostly to get as many strange coin (MM on weekly strike THANK YOU IT IS AWESOME). I also decided to get dead orbit rank instead of vanguard just as a change from other character. off I go grinding the bounties daily and patrols etc.etc. Totally forgetting that faction currency is crucible marks!!!!! Bungie please let factions use either currency. use both vanguard and/or crucible marks. I do play some crucible but its an occasional thing, now to get any gear at all i have to grind my ass off in the crucible. Just let them use both types of marks. One further note; the bigger reason is you are forcing people to play crucible to get this. some player that just don't want to play crucible will just get faction item because of that!
