I am contemplating tossing out my Xbox 360 Classic for a next gen console.
I know that a lot of people fight one sided when it comes to consoles, but all I need to know is a valid opinion.
Thanks all.

I would! I recommend an Xbox One.

Ya'll act like your last gen is a piece of shit when you get a current gen, then complain when games like Borderlands are last gen only. Be smart and get yourself an N64.
-
I wouldn't toss out my 360. I still have the original xbox with the first and second halo
-
Personally I would keep your last gen console also. No backwards compatibility and if you ever feel like playing your old games (I know I do) you won't have to repay for an emulated version on current gen (if they have one that is). Maybe wait until end of financial year when they have sales because everyone has their tax returns and get yourself a good bundle. Choose the console that interests you most and has the most friends you play with.

Get an Atari those pixels be next generation
-
PS4 Xbox is a disgrace to all gamers
-
Ps4 has terrible graphics and controller and ps network is always crashing
-
Yes sir buy an Xbox one
-
I recommend stepping out of your console zone and going about for PC
-
PS4 and Xbox One have the same performance at higher resolutions. So just get the console where your friends are. Honestly? It's a lot more economical to buy a gaming PC, and you might have heard it before but PC is the master race. Anything a console does, a PC does insanely better. I linked a PC build for $400 and if you do decide to build one that's a great starting point before you begin to upgrade to enthusiast-grade parts.

Xbox one interface and ability to go smoothly between apps is awseome. And you can watch t.v, while playing a video game.

Edited by Bloom Unknown : 3/7/2015 5:31:41 PMNo brainer. Yes. Thank me later.
xbox one is the better console overall imo. I sold my PS4 after playing both consoles for a few weeks. The controller is 1000x better, and the snap function is simply awesome. Cons are that the Xbox one is slightly more complicated than the PS4, more of a learning curve but once you know it works perfect.
Yes, eventually they will stop making games for last gen
-
You mean current gen?
-
It's inevitable
-
Xbox 360 servers shut down next year.
-
PS4 because bloodbourne
-
Get a xb1

I switched from 360 to ps4 and haven't regretted it. Theres decent enough games out now to warrant the purchase.
-
Yes PS4 so many new exclusives coming out that look awesome
-
BUY DAT NEW DREAMCAST
-
Ps4 has exclusives scheduled that look amazing. Plus, I would get a next-gen console anyways, as there are many performance improvements, new features, games, plus, I've been comparing Ps4's Battlefield 4 to Battlefield 4 on the Xbox 360; and simply put, the wheels aren't squares anymore. I highly recommend a next generation console, and if you do, I recommend Ps4.

Edited by Wou Fewwigno: 3/7/2015 3:02:17 PMYou're probably ok to hold off a bit longer honestly. Neither PS4 or XBox One have a big game library yet. Edit: PS4 is better about indie games and other cheaper games on their marketplace though. Microsoft tends to be harder to deal with.

I think the next generation console is worth it. I got the one myself and at first I was kind of regretting it but I do love the xbone. I'm sure ps4 is just as good and each have their own benefits but seeing as how you are already on Xbox if just get the one so you don't have to repay for a sub to live/Playstation plus.
