what is "bump"
I've been seeing people say bump in the comments of some threads and i was wandering what people meant by it, could someone please tell me. and if this is the wrong category, please suggest which one i should use. Thx.

1 ReplyBump is a post you put in solely to push a forum thread to the top of the Recent Posts lists. It is used to try to keep a thread visible, rather than being buried under newer posts. It's best to avoid bumping whenever possible, but better to bump than create a new thread. Use discretion :)
