Can't buy Mask of the Third Man?
So I wanted to buy the mask of the third man from xûr and have the right class, level, glimmer and exotic shard. The only problem is that one of the requirements says that I need "mask of the third man 0/1", basically meaning that I need the mask itself to buy it. Is this normal or is there a way around it/ to fix it? Thanks

Those are exotic upgrades, meant for items that were acquired preDLC that need to boost up their attack or light level to be on par with exotics postDLC. More on this topic can be found at the link below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12457
