Sorry if this has been bought up. But I was using 4th Horseman the other night and it has changed.....alot.
My guess is its part of balancing the whole double damage situation by dropping the ROF and stability massively, but I must say, the current version of the gun feels NOTHING like the original.
Before it was:
Mid Impact
High ROF
Terrible RNG
Medium to high Stability
Playing it last night its now
HIGH IMPACT
Terrible ROF
Terrible RNG
Terrible Stability
Its not that it was sucking persay, but it felt like the Fellwinters lie with Return to Sender that I own. The tooltip is missing the part about it having last round as well.
The gun didnt have a unique perk, this was because the gun had a very unique statline, extremes in both direction to create a very different weapon experience. The massive increase the damage I am guessing forced a change ot have to happen on this gun but it now doesnt even feel like an Exotic. Its just another shotgun that happens to come with a free Auto Fire perk, and with the ROF so low, Auto Fire doesnt really help at all.
I would hope that perhaps some consideration be made to make the weapon more inline with the first variation of itself. I understand that had its own problems, but with a bit of creative balancing I would hope that perhaps something better could come out of this.
Perhaps reducing the mag size to 4, dropping the Impact, Increasing the ROF back to where it was and changing the Return to Sender perk to a more unique variant might help it find some middle ground. Right now I fear I will probaly bench mine moving forward because this gun doesnt feel as fun as it used to.
