When you hover over Upgrade Materials for a weapon, Weapon Parts are said to be sold by Banshee. Now I know this isn't true, but it got me thinking about someone else; Eva Levante. You should be able to buy upgrade materials from her, not just shaders and emblems. Have her sell Sapphire Wire, Platsteel Plating and Hadronic Essence in groups of 20 for either Marks or Glimmer, preferably Glimmer. She's kind of lonely over there in her corner anyway don't you think? Also Banshee selling Weapon Parts would be nice as well.
