I may be shooting for a lot but maybe a more structured scheduling system for raids and weeklys, like have a set person/people to schedule raids that people can join into at a later date. I think it may make it a little easier to get good experienced groups together that way, rather then trying to scrape together who ever is on a random point and time, it could also help those lower levels (me) who need some carting through raids to level up more if the entire group agrees in advance of course
