No mission restart
Xbox One:
When I choose Restart instead of Resume on a mission, it does not restart. No matter how many times I tried it would only resume.

Yeah, as others indicated if you hit the X button when prompted, it will only restart on the lowest difficulty. However, if you hit X instead of A when choosing the difficulty you want (Even though there is no on screen indicator that hitting X does anything), it will restart the mission on the chosen difficulty.

I'm on ps4 but after you select to restart on the difficulty level you have to press the same button to begin mission, for example on ps4 it's to square to restart on the difficulty screen, you press it then when selecting to begin the mission you have to press square again not x
