Destiny is the biggest lie in gaming history

What's up Guardians how is it going at this hour? So I wanted to rant about how Destiny has failed "US" the gamers. Destiny was hyped up to be a revolutionary game with most anticipated game of 2014 awards and live action launch trailers; we've heard this from AAA+ titles like WatchDogs and TitanFall and look at how they've turned out. In addition Destiny was not only hyped up, but was mentioned by Bungie themselves to have great story campaign with tons of lore, excellent social features, the cooperative style of interaction similar to games like borderlands, the scope from memorial content like WoW or Diablo, but upon release it was NONE of this. This game had a $500,000,000 budget, but has enough content that that would last about a month, but is limited by you earning a small amount of vanguard and or crucible points a week, and you can only play through a raid and earn gear once per week. The story is about as short as reading through a Dr. Suess Cat in the Hat book as an adult.; furthermore, if you're wanting to know anything about the story/lore then goodluck because even the speaker says he "could" explain it, but never does, and not to mention addition lore and story telling has to be accessed on Bungie.net with the cards which is already a red flag because if I have to go outside of the game to understand the alien factions and story within the game then that screams laziness and that everything has been cut into pieces for future DLC. The co-op and interaction of this game is a total lie because it was hyped up to be something like WoW and or Borderlands to where you can meet go out with your fire-team, and as you are on a mission with your team a public event occurs and along with trying to take down this Devil Walker several more fire-teams join and interact within this event. This was suppose to make the world feel alive and like you're never alone, but it didn't turn out this way and was a lie right to our faces. Equally Important the Tower was to be this social meeting grounds to where players could meet, talk, trade items, and more, but you can't even talk to anyone unless they're on your fire-team, the trading system we were promised in nonexistent, and the Tower is bland and boring with little to no interaction with players. The grind fest in Destiny is about as crazy and fanatical as it can be within gaming history. We spend time after time playing the same 6 strikes, 2 raids, 4 boxed in planets, 4 patrol missions all for what? A piece of gear or weapon that is RNG and has little to no chance of you obtaining it and for a tiny amount of vanguard reputation that takes days and weeks to level up for more irrelevant gear because it lacks the light level that raid gear has. RNG( random number generator) is about as frustrating to the player as it can get because you can go through a match in crucible, a raid, and a strike dominating the competition only to get some uncommon or rare loot. The player isn't rewarded at all for performing well by helping his teammates, getting the highest number of kills against enemies or just doing well, but that player who died a hundred times, hasn't contributed to the team gets every piece of legendary and exotic gear. The missions are about as bland and generic as it can be. Release your ghost, fight off waves of enemies, mission over, repeat on the next boxed in mission/planet. The enemy A.I. are about as smart as a bag of rock and only taking cover when you are fighting an enemy with a shield and when their shield is taken down by causing damage. Speaking of the enemies they seem to have no back story to them or life; they just seem to pop up in waves and they're killed off then you move on to the next batch of unknown entities. What are sparrow stats for whenever they just get me from point A to point B. It seems like they served more of a purpose, but was taken out maybe to be resold to us later? Ships are totally irrelevant, since they're just fancy loading screens, however they have guns on them so why don't we have any space ship fights? It seems ships and sparrows served more of a purpose before release, but was watered down and or taken out upon release and we should assume the worst by it being resold later to us as DLC. Destiny obviously is missing tons of content on purpose to be resold to us as DLC. Honestly the retail release compared to its beta are equivalent in how much content they offer and this isn't only wrong, but is very evil and criminal like. This planned obsolescence has to stop immediately because WE the gamers were lied to about having this revolutionary experience with the best story telling, a co-op that would bring a world of players closer, a rich story that would take us to the front of our chairs, and so much content we would drown in its wealth. Destiny is an utter disappointment and fail; this is what we get now gamers...a lie, false advertisement, 1/10 of the content we were promised, but will be resold to us as DLC. We shouldn't support these actions from companies like Activision and Bungie because this is what gaming has become, just watered down lies whenever gaming at its core was a passion, an art, and something to be proud of when a developer releases their artwork for the public to enjoy. Money and greed has corrupted our hobby and we need to take it back because the game I witnessed at E3 wasn't what was released on Sept. 2014. but it felt like a step in within the gaming industry we all desired. We should NOT support any DLC Activision and Bungie tries to sell us because it most likely should have been in the retail release in September anyways. It's perfectly clear that this game was cut down to the core only to be resold and micro-transaction'ed to us later. It feels like I've ordered a pizza and only received the crust and I'll have to pay an additional $10 for cheese and $15 for pepperoni; this is truly sad for gaming...it really is and at the end of the day Activision and Bungie may look at this post and say IDGAF we got your $$$. I just hope we gamers wake up before this becomes a trend and ruin every game with great potential.
