With the second expansion being pushed back for the sake of us, the players, and there being extra time for improvements, I hope Bungie keeps the minority crowd of solo enthusiasts in mind. After learning the ins and outs of the first two raids, and subsequently beating Crota alone, I have come to love Crota's end. Don't get me wrong, I love the Vault too, but the ability to tackle the strategic tasks and enemies of a raid alone adds a certain thrill to the game world that you won't find anywhere else. I'm not asking that Bungie simplify the raid just for the sake of a minority group of players, make it hard. Make it so difficult that the only way forward is repetitive trial and error, just like before. That's what I love about this game, when you cannot complete a task the first time and you therefore have to develop a method to tackle it. Crota's End and the Vault of Glass have occupied me for months now with their ability to be played over and over again without boredom, so I'm sure Bungie will produce another quality raid whenever we see the House of Wolves expansion release regardless. My only hope, as I've said, is that they keep the solo players in mind. Of all the tasks we are able to solo in Destiny, the raids have consistently been the most fun.
