At what point are you a Top Tier Crucible Player
Just wanted to know what you guys consider to be the mark of a Top Tier Crucible Player.
Is it measured by combat rating, K/D, Destiny Tracker True Skill, DTR rank? What do you think?
I personally will take True Skill or DTR rank seriously or if I am on just Bungie.net I will look at the ratio between a players number of games played to their total Crucible medal score.

You're considered top tier once you start beating other good players in sweaties. If there was an actual stat I'd look at, then it would be Rumble K/D and W/L because it represents your performance only and not your team's.
