• Currently experiencing the same problem yesterday, February 28th queued for Crota raid twice! And was kicked out both time. Saying that I have lost connection to Destiny servers. Since the beginning of this year, I've had connection issues period. Almost everyday, and kicking me to the beginning screen or out to orbit. I have corrected this problem by simply reseting my router which seems to help for a short time. Currently I have been trying the same thing and nothing hasn't worked. I'm using WiFi, but don't seem to have a problem with any of my other games or streaming videos(twitch or Amazon prime) I've checked settings in my Modem, and nothing appears to be out of order, I have tested my broadband connection and tested it at 30 down, and 6ish up on multiple sites. It's very frustrating to not be able to do a bounty without getting kicked out to orbit. Or spend time looking for a raid group only to be kicked out. It's almost as frustrating as finding the mythical unicorn (Gjallarhorn). I don't know. Does this help Bungie? Probably not. Maybe they can tell Microsoft to stop making bonehead decisions and fix this console. In retrospect, should have just got the PS4.

    • Yep - I've experience d this with weasel. It wipes out my wifi password, and then won't accept the correct password when I re-enter it. I have to reboot the xbox1 and the router. It's tedious.

    • I'm having the same EXACT problem... I haven't found a ton of others experiencing it, but it's definitely not just me. It started over the last two weeks and is insanely aggravating. During crucible (and twice turning in bounties in the tower) everyone will stop moving and a weasel error will pop up, but that's not the end of the problem. Everything on the Xbox One network/internet related shuts down completely, and acts as if it isn't there or isn't functioning. This has happened over 20 times recently. Then, to reset the console, you have to hold down the front power button to shut down. Because if you do it with the controller or through Settings, the power button will just pulse for 10 mins... 30 mins... sometimes even forever. It never fully shuts down. I've played since day 1 without a single problem until now. Something caused this and nothing has changed on my end other than system and game updates.

      • Same happens to me. Every now and then when playing destiny I get kicked to login screen, says I need to be logged into to Xbox live, I have to pull the power plug then it works perfectly again.

      • God this has been happening to me for about two weeks now. I just randomly get kicked off and it completely disconnects me from Xbox Live. It's only this game too, I've been playing Dying Light with no problems whatsoever. My brother was playing Dying Light all day today with no problems. I sign on and head to the tower and get disconnected. So damn frustrating.

        • Hello Lethal! Thank you for posting this issue to the forums! May I ask a few questions? What is your connection speed? Are any other devices connected to your WiFi network? Are you experiencing lag? Keep fighting guardian! - Xûr

          • Well, I thought it was just me. This exact thing happened to me a few days ago while playing PVP, although I was pretty convinced at the time that it was some shady business on the part of the Guardian I was attempting to take down in Control. He was sniping from a fairly open position, and hit me once. I got away, but then went invisible (Hunter) and flanked him. He turned, walked right up to me and let me shoot him into oblivion, then just started running away. I continued shooting him, but it never did a bit of damage, and then I got an error that said "you have been removed from the game world". Kicked to the title screen and started getting Xbox Live errors. Could not connect to my router, as it said that my password was always wrong. Tried another access point in my house with the the same result. Had to completely unplug my Xbox One to get the wireless networking to work correctly again, and haven't had the issue since. I would have chalked it up to network error if it wasn't for the odd actions of the other player immediately beforehand... Has someone figured out some sort of network exploit for Destiny?

          • I feel your pain. I'm new to destiny and played for two days with no issues and now can't play at all because I keep freezing up in pve and pvp. I can't find a solution anywhere. I've deleted my Xbox live profile and destiny and then reinstalled both of them cleared my system cache my mat is always open and connection is fine. I have no issues on any other game JUST DESTINY.

          • Do you have a cone NAT and is your NAT open? This information can be found in the network settings of your X1.
