Exotic engrams
Why can't XUR sell a heavy, special, and primary exotic engram. So people actually have a chance to get the gun they need? Just saying why not do this every other week. Instead of gear engrams weapon engrams?.

Because everyone would have every stupid exotic in the game in a month and they would then have to be called common

2 RepliesIt would be too easy to get exotics. For example there are only 4 heavy exotics you can get from rng (supergood advice is only obtainable from the bounty) so that would mean you have a 1/4 chance of getting gjallerhorn. That's way easier than it I'd currently to obtain it.

Because there would be a sudden increase in people getting exotics like the Gjallarhorn to easily. You have to work to get you weapons. Thats one reason why they made exotic bounties.
