Weapons: Tuning, obtaining, and pertaining thereof

Logging on to see how my FanFiction post went (and being slightly disappointed, perhaps), I saw a news update that thrilled me. The Sandbox and Crucible lead designs would be online to sift through honest and experienced feedback! So I would like, as a very experienced FPS, a player who over 100 hours in Destiny, and one who has experienced all classes and subclasses, and exotic weapons (-5, which is N/A) to offer my opinion on the matter. So, with that aside, I will go straight ahead and begin by detailing every weapon class and excotic as used in the Crucible. Hand Cannon: I'm a Hunter. I played Halo C.e. when it came out. I love hand cannons. Role: The best primary for a marksman to ambush at close-med to far-med. The key to these weapons are getting the first shot. They have high impact per shot, you just want to make the first shot. Therefore, Decreasing range has players go for a more dangerous game and get closer. But it tends to eliminate it's best use. However, the update hasn't hurt it as I could find. Except the Last Word, Which every bit of range counts. I think the Last Word needs it's range, guys! The Thorn needs tinkering, as well. Decrease DoT total damage, but possibly spread it longer. needs some stability at close range. Needs buff of 4.5% on PvE. Auto rifle: As it's the most used, it's important. At the very start, the Auto was OP. No doubt about it. Only then I ever used it. Now, it's a bad choice in many more cases. Now it's the n00b weapon most times, just like in Halo. I obtained the Suros a month back nearly, when I used it, I fully upgraded the perks and attempted Iron Banner with it. Other then the for bounty, I hated to use it. I was working hard to gun down just one guardian, then be finished off by, say, a Thorn. It is most definitely a broken weapon, as are many AR's. I would suggest to decrease the space between precision damage and body damage. Up the body a tad, make stability at range rapidly pan. I think the Suros should be lazer beam stable at close range, increasing hip fire viability. It just seems like a faster firing, worse range and stability esp, Mida multi tool. Pulse Rifles: In Halo I was a BR lover. I agree with the buffs for pulses, but something is still wrong. I think the spread of a burst is too crazy, it's very very difficult to get a HSx3 burst, especially at any range, or as a combo. One thing that must be slightly nerfed is... the Red Death. I suggest, to keep TTK a little lower on it, and hurt the monstrous perk that keeps people rolling forever, is make the Red Death perk ONLY apply for headshots. If I discover it is WAY OP, when I finish upgrading it, I might even make it only activate on a triple (full) headshot, or to really decrease TTK (but hurt skill) make it body shots, for clutch kills. Bad JuJu is still weak. Needs a small PvP buff. Scout Rifle: Needs more viability in PvP My first choice in PvE, but in crucible they are completely replaced by Hand cannons. Increase precision damage in PvP by 3.5%, Body by 2.5% The Mida isn't a useful tool where I want it: range. That might just be me, though. Needs range or slight stability buff. Fusion Rifles: I loved them so... ...But now they are simply shotguns, that charge to blast further. Bleh. Now it burns to die from them, simply because they are a bad choice I wish you kept range, it's what keeps it viable compared to blinking with a shotgun. They are now for picking off injured players, as one hit kills are less common. Shotguns: Not u again?! *bang Everyone hates/loves shotguns, there is no in-between. I make fun of Destiny's shotguns. What weapon in the world has such powerful velocity, yet pans out from the top to the bottom of the stairs? Not my rubber band gun. So, I suggest something drastic with them. Make shottys one shot from really close, half the current distance even. Then, Extend the range MUCH further, 25-30 ft maybe? But decrease the damage rapidly at first, then current max range out, make it slow and gradually die out. That is my solution. Exotic shotguns aren't worth it. Near any shotty does just fine, with what is needed. Snipers: Mine. Mine. Everyone hates a sniper. I think you are ok here, except you could make a limb shot do a good amount less damage. Also, you might could have the Patience and Time's lazer sight flicker instead of glare. in PvP it defeats the purpose. Machine guns: stability at range is maybe high, if anything. Super Good Advise is a joke, though. Up it's stability a lil', guys! And Thunderlord's special perk is worthless. Could you make it excel less sooner in speed? I always bump 4-6 shots with it, anyway. Rockets: Increase blast damage in PvP. Too many survive near point blank hits. *silent on Gjallahorn for my own good* Edit: I will write more for Ya'll another time and keep this updated! But I have to go now, so I post this as-is.
