I think it would make the grind more worthwhile and add some renewed interest if the faction gear refreshed during the weekly reset as well. I wouldn't mind grinding and spending my marks and commendation on weapons/armor with different perks or roll instead of always having the same items available. As of now, there really is no point in going to the different factions, which makes the commendation worthless if you already have the gear.
