I've recently been inspired to imagine what the Elite homeworld of Sanghelios actually looks like. Having read some articles online and used my own imagination, I'm trying to produce at least two concept illustrations. More specifically, my focus has been on ancient Sanghelios and how its natural beauty may compare to Earth's.
I've finally finished the first one so here's the link and "inspiration description".
In the wild wetlands of Sanghelios it is possible, on the rarest of occasions, to see the three suns of the Elite homeworld in the sky.
Also, for any who may be interested, here's some very rough composition ideas which I used to arrive at the final design.

Truly incredible piece you have there! I especially like the different compositions you made to work out the final design of the landscape. Your colors flow so well and really compliment each other to create a strong sense of depth and atmosphere from a distance. That's one of the toughest things I've found when starting off a painting; colors too. I would love to see more.
