Almost rank 4 and still no IB weapons for me. On the other hand, I have watched my friend (same level) get 3 timurs lash in one night. -blam!-ing seriously bungie?! Worst part is that I am on top of the leaderboard almost every single game. Go back to school bungie and figure out your flawed logic problems! Anyone else having as bad of luck as me?
