Monte Carlo
I really really want this, it looks badass, but is it any good? I never see anyone with it, probably because it's so rare!
Edit: How does it stack up in crucible? I'm hearing good and bad things about it

Decent auto rifle, but like most are saying, not super useful in end game content. But, if you have a gunslinger and love throwing knives? I throw it on when doing any sort of bounty on patrol, with two throwing knives, and precision kills immediately reset, on top of Monte Carlo, you ALWAYS have a throwing knife ready to go.
